Immune Boosting Elderberry Smoothie
This smoothie is jam pack with vitamins and plenty of nutrients like fiber and antioxidants. Keeps your immune system strong, and energized all day long!

2 frozen bananas (peeled and sliced) ½ cup frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries) 1 cup milk or plant-based milk 1 Medjool date 2 tablespoons dried elderberries (if you have elderberry juice, I would suggest using less milk) 2 tablespoons dried coconut for topping frozen berries for topping hemp seeds for topping banana for topping
Add all ingredients except the milk to a blender.
Add the milk until the desired consistency is achieved.
Pour into a bowl, add toppings, and enjoy!
