October Goals - Apple Pie

September wasn’t a good month for me, so I am glad to welcome October with high hopes and a positive attitude. It’s going to be a busy month for sure, but I wouldn’t want it any other way. I feel that October will be my Holidays prep month. Christmas decorations, recipes, and gift shopping are already on my mind. But before that, let’s take a look at what I want to accomplish in October.

  • Post daily on Instagram and Instagram Stories. During the month of September, I posted on my Instagram grid only one time. I want to challenge myself in October and post both on Instagram and Instagram Stories daily. My plan is to share more glimpses of my daily life plus new posts and updates from the blog.
  • Celebrate the sixth blog anniversary of Shoegal Out In The World. On October 15th I will be celebrating the sixth blog anniversary of Shoegal Out In The World and I am excited. I plan to create some fun GIVEAWAYS on the blog and social media to celebrate it with all of you, my beloved readers.
  • Introduce a new post series on the blog. I have been toying with an idea of a new blog post series, however, a little different from the usual I have been posting over the course of the last six years I have been blogging. The new blog post series will be called THE NOTEPAD and it makes its debut on Shoegal Out In The World today. It will be a daily post series where I will be sharing things I like, I bought or I am thinking of buying and in general, I love. It will cover everything from fashion, beauty, books, TV series I am currently watching and many more.
  • Work on my Fall Bucket List. A few days ago, I posted my Fall Bucket List on the blog. I want to cross off half of the things I wrote by the end of October. Actually, I am excited about all the Halloween things I have included in it and looking forward to experiencing them and crossing them off. Download your FREE Fall Bucket List here.
  • Make a new apple pie recipe. Apple pie is one of my favorite fall desserts and love trying new recipes.
  • Start Spanish lessons. Learning Spanish has been on my New Year’s Resolutions and my Fall Bucket List so no better time than now to begin Spanish lessons. I took a course at University but it has been so long that I hardly remember anything.
  • Multi-mask at least two times per week. As the weather changes and the air becomes crisper, I feel that my skin needs a little more pampering in the form of multi-tasking. I have already written it down on my planner for the whole month of October, so I won’t neglect to do it. It’s easy to forget it when I have so many things on my mind.
